Juice Recipes that are great for healthy skin

The Great Summer Super anti-oxidant Skin Booster

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries

Juice all the ingredients. Berries are high in vitamins A, C & E.

Say good by to problem skin and acne

  • 2 large carrots (tops and tails removed)
  • 1 cup of spinach or kale or combo of the two
  • 1/2 cup of beetroot
  • ½ apple (cored)
  • very small piece of ginger – teaspoon

Fountain of Youth – Anti-Aging Juice

  •  large carrots (tops and tails removed)
  • 1/2 cup of beetroot
  • 1/2 cup  of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of seasonal berries
  • 1 apple
  • very small piece of ginger – teaspoon
